Cartridge for linear screen shaker

In order to increase the service life of a cartridge while drilling mud purification, the fine-meshed screen of the three-layer cartridges is uniformly thermally baked with the lower coarse-meshed screen by means of a plastic mesh with cells of size from 40 up to 50. In case of damage to several cells, the cartridge can be repaired by means of sealing, molding or vulcanization of damaged cells. Repair of 10 % of the screen surface is allowed. The cartridges are available in any types and dimensions; the operating screen size can be from 0.044 x 0.044 (325 x 325 mesh) up to 0.9 x 0.9 (19 x 19 mesh) and higher.
