Float collar valve is designed for equipping of bottom part of casing in order to ensure self-priming of casing strings being run with drilling mud from the well without its overflow from the casing string into the wellhead, to carryout stop-ring function and ensure a leak-proof installation of separation plugs when pressing of cement slurry, as well as to prevent back flow of  cement slurry.
